I want to be a ninja now. In fact, I'm a ninja now. I glide through the darkness by stealth. Zips through the forest like wind. Nobody has ever seen my face, and never ever will... Ok. I think it sounds more like a ghost..

Anyhow, did a search on ninjas and these are some of the more interesting things I would like share here on this very educational site..

The ninja, when wearing dark clothes, dye the clothes red in advance. The red would not be noticed over the darker natural tone of the cloth. If the ninja bled, the blood would not show because the tone of the cloth would not change. This psychological tactic promotes the superhuman image that the ninja earned, as it creates the illusion of a warrior who could not be cut.

Also, the ninja carries with him a small box of crickets to cover up any small sounds made by him as he quietly advances on his targets. The noise made by the crickets was not uncommon, so the samurais thought nothing of hearing them.

Now I'm confused! I want to be a samurai too...
