Why do most of the china chinese, the chinese nationals shout? Be it a conversation over the phone, with a friend, with many friends, with friends next to them, with friends opposite them, with friends a block away, the decibel level remains consistent. It doesn't help that most of their voices are pretty high-pitchedsqueaky.

China must be bustling!!
